The celebration of a very special person

14 January 2022 was a very special day for Queen Margrethe. On this day, she celebrated 50 years on the throne, which must be said to be quite an achievement. Unfortunately, due to the corona situation, no celebration of the anniversary could be held at that time.

However, on Saturday 10 September, a happy Queen Margrethe could finally celebrate her 50th anniversary in a festive manner at The Royal Theatre in Copenhagen. And here, Stibo Complete were also involved.

It is with great respect and humbleness that we have been involved in the process of creating and printing such a beautiful programme for the celebration of Queen Margrethe's 50 years on the throne in Denmark.

A particularly royal task

The celebration of Queen Margrethe’s 50th anniversary included a gala performance at The Royal Theatre, and in close collaboration with The Royal Theatre we have created the festive programme for the whole thing. A programme that in both colours and gold foil fully lives up to Queen Margrethe’s wishes.

A gala performance with a bit of everything

It is no secret that Queen Margrethe loves art and culture, and she is often to be found enjoying a performance at The Royal Theatre. Therefore, the gala performance included a mix of ballet, music and acting – from Hamlet, and The Hobbit to The Sylph and Faust. Just like Queen Margrethe prefers it.
